Before you watch it, you should know that ful (فول) and tahina (طحينة) are Arabic dishes, the former being a hearty mash of fava beans seasoned with olive oil, garlic, coriander and lemon juice, the latter being a sesame paste which is used to season hummus (حمص), a delicious chickpeas dip, and all sorts of salads.
