Beirut: Pictures from Martyrs' Square








What you don't see in these pictures:
1. The lines of poor people queuing for cheap chocolate croissants as a reward for their attendance.
2. The flags graciously offered by the organizing committee to the people attending the rally.
3. The way LF supporters and Mustaqbal supporters from Tripoli looked at each other when squeezed under the rain.
4. The slogans cried by children. A kid not older than five should probably be in a kindergarten, not in a rally crying Ya Bashar, ya 'akrout.
