The ineffable lyrics of February 14
This is part of what Samir Ja'ja' said during the rally, as reported on al-Mustaqbal:
ﺍﻠﺤﻜﻤﺔ ﺍﻠﻠﺒﻨﺎﻨﻴﺔ ﻫﻲ ﺍﻠﻤﻘﺎﻭﻤﺔ
ﺍﻠﺸﻌﺏ ﺍﻠﻠﺒﻨﺎﻨﻲ ﺒﺄﻜﻤﻠﻪ ﻫﻭ ﺍﻠﻤﻘﺎﻭﻤﺔ
ﺸﻬﺩﺍﺀ ﻋﻴﻥ ﻋﻠﻕ ﻭ ﺃﻫﻝ ﺍﻠﻤﺘﻥ ﺍﻠﺸﻤﺎﻠﻲ ﻫﻡ ﺍﻠﻤﻘﺎﻭﻤﺔ
ﺭﻔﻴﻕ ﺍﻠﺤﺭﻴﺭﻱ ﻫﻭ ﺍﻠﻤﻘﺎﻭﻤﺔ
ﺒﺸﻴﺭ ﺍﻠﺠﻤﻴﻝ ﻫﻭ ﺍﻠﻤﻘﺎﻭﻤﺔ
ﻜﻤﺎﻝ ﺠﻨﺒﻼﻁ ﻫﻭ ﺍﻠﻤﻘﺎﻭﻤﺔ
ﺴﻤﻴﺭ ﻗﺼﻴﺭ ﺠﻭﺭﺝ ﺤﺎﻭﻱ ﺠﺒﺭﺍﻥ ﺍﻠﺘﻭﻴﻨﻲ ﻭ ﺒﻴﺎﺭ ﺍﻠﺠﻤﻴﻝ ﻫﻡ ﺍﻠﻤﻘﺎﻭﻤﺔ
We will not accept after today weapons outside of the Lebanese army.
The Lebanese army is the resistence.
The Lebanese government is the resistence.
The Lebanese people in its entirety is the resistence.
The martyrs of 'Ayn 'Alaq and the people of Northern Metn, they are the resistence.
Rafiq al-Hariri, he is the resistence.
Bashir Gemayel, he is the resistence.
Kamal Jumblatt, he is the resistence.
Samir Kassir, Georges Hawi, Gebran Tueni and Pierre Gemayel, they are the resistence.
The nerve of this person. He defines pro-Israeli wartime leader Bashir Gemayel as a hero of the resistence, a term usually associated with the Hezbollah guerrilla against Israeli occupation troops in Southern Lebanon.
Here you have part of what Walid Jumblatt said during the rally, also as reported on al-Mustaqbal:
ﻴﺎ ﻁﺎﻏﻴﺔ ﺩﻤﺸﻕ
ﻴﺎ ﻗﺭﺩﺍ ﻠﻡ ﺘﻌﺭﻔﻪ ﺍﻠﻁﺒﻴﻌﺔ
ﻴﺎ ﺃﻔﻌﻰ ﻫﻭ ﺒﺕ ﻤﻨﻫﺎ ﺍﻻﻔﺎﻋﻲ
ﻴﺎ ﺤﻭﺘﺎ ﻠﻔﻅﺘﻪ ﺍﻠﺒﺤﺭ
ﻴﺎ ﻭﺤﺸﺎ ﻤﻥ ﻭﺤﻭﺵ ﺍﻠﺒﺭﺍﺩﻱ
ﻴﺎ ﻤﺨﻠﻭﻘﺎ ﻤﻥ ﺃﻨﺼﺎﻑ ﺍﻠﺭﺠﺎﻝ
ﻴﺎ ﻤﻨﺘﺎﺠﺎ ﺍﺴﺭﺍﺌﻴﻠﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﺸﻸ ﺍﻠﺠﻨﻭﺏ ﻭ ﺃﻫﻝ ﺍﻠﺠﻨﻭﺏ
ﻴﺎ ﻜﺫﺍﺒﺎ ﻭ ﺤﺠﺎﺠﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻠﻌﺭﺍﻕ
We came here to Freedom Square to tell you
O despot of Damascus
O monkey that the nature does not know
O snake from which the snakes flee
O whale that the sea has rejected
O beast among the wild beasts
O creature of half-men
O Israeli product over the remnants of the South and the people of the South
O liar and Hajjaj of Iraq
O criminal and murderer in Syria and Lebanon.
This list of compliments is addressed to Syrian president Bashar al-Asad. The term Hajjaj is a reference to caliph al-Hajjāj ibn Yūsuf al-Thaqafī (661-714 CE), whose leadership was so ruthless that it was once allegedly said that "if all the nations brought their most tyrannical and evil rulers, the Muslims would only need to bring Hajjāj ibn-Yūsuf to surpass the rest of the world's murderous rulers in evil".

Non sono sicuro di aver capito...
Perché tutto quello che si posta deve passà prima da casa tua?

Un piccolo deterrente per chi volesse lasciare un commento idiota. In ogni caso, a casa mia la censura non va molto di moda.
